By accessing or using ReplyScale (“replyscale.ai”, the “Service”), operated by ReplyScale (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReplyScale is a SaaS platform that uses AI to generate professional responses to Google Business Reviews. We connect to your Google Business Profile via OAuth to read reviews and, with your authorization, post responses on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) generate misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent review responses; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (d) share account credentials with unauthorized parties; (e) exceed usage limits or abuse the API.
Responses generated by our AI are suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all responses before they are posted. We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. Auto-reply features, when enabled, post responses on your behalf — you remain responsible for all posted content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ReplyScale. You retain ownership of your business data and review content. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL REPLYSCALE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
