Account Information: When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Google Business Profile Data: With your explicit authorization, we access your Google Business reviews, business location data, and review management capabilities through the Google Business Profile API.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the Service.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) generate AI-powered review responses using OpenAI's API; (c) send you service-related communications; (d) process payments via Stripe; (e) comply with legal obligations.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) revoke Google OAuth permissions at any time via your Google Account settings; (e) export your data in a machine-readable format.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
